How we handle your details
What we keep when you send a requirement or use the chat, why, for how long, and how to have it deleted. In plain words.
Last updated 27 October 2026
In short
- We keep only what you send us: your name, how to reach you, what you need, and your chat with our assistant.
- We use it to reply, prepare your quote and handle your order. We never sell it, and we don't send you marketing you didn't ask for.
- We keep it for 2 years after our last contact with you, then delete it.
- Ask us any time for a copy, a correction or deletion: [email protected] or WhatsApp.
What we collect
- When you send a requirement: your name, your business name, the country to deliver to, your WhatsApp number or email, what you need, the quantity, the currency for your quote, and any photos or files you attach (PDF, Excel, Word, CSV or text).
- When you use the chat: before you start, your name and a WhatsApp number or email, so we can reply. What you type is sent to the AI service so it can answer, and we keep the conversation with your details.
- When you message us on WhatsApp or by email: your messages stay in our WhatsApp and our email. WhatsApp is run by Meta, under its own privacy policy.
- To stop spam: we check how often requirements and chat messages come from the same internet connection, and forget it within the hour.
Why we use it
- To reply to you, prepare your quote, find the right makers and handle your order. We may call or WhatsApp you to follow up on what you asked.
- To keep the site safe from spam and abuse.
We don't sell your details or use them for advertising. We contact you only about your requirement or your order, unless you ask for more.
How long we keep it
- Your requirement, your chat, your contact details and your photos and files: 2 years after our last contact with you, then we delete them.
- If you order: the order records Indian law says we must keep, for as long as it says.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the details we hold about you,
- correct them,
- delete them,
- stop contacting you.
Write to [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp. We reply within a week. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, in the UK, to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for anyone under 18.
Who we are
